Just I’ve one year ago I applied to change my 3 Phase Electricity to prepaid. I was told it could be done but that I would have to pay around R,6000 immediately before the application could be accepted. I promptly pod the amount and after literally close to 100 Calls And messages and some 8 months later, the new meter box was installed and the meters moved to the new box. That was in about the beginning of November 2019. We are now in April of 2020 and the switch to prepaid is still not done. We have now sold the property and it has been standing empty since December 2019 so how and why do I still receive a monthly Bill of nearly R10,000 every month? Tk me the Delay in switching to prepaid is simply a rip off. Easier to collect R10,000 a month than met the user pay for the usage. Easier to threaten legal action from me than Soweto residents who owe Billions This is unacceptable. To crown it all, when I buy prepaid for the second dwelling, on two occasions, I was told that the amount I paid in could not be fully Allocated, because there was an amount outstanding on the main dwelling. This is utter nonsense as I pay my bill in full every month, despite the tenants, at the time, not paying a cent. Lastly, about TWO or more years ago. I reported a bin stolen. I completed the required forms and submitted them. To date still no bin and a Councillor that is arrogant, pedantic and rude that does not do anything about it, despite communication between herself and me. She only attends to her favorite people that in no way oppose her or challenge her. Corrupt administration is the best way to describe Tshwane and its Employees. To be fair, there are a few honest people that work there so not ALL are corrupt
I read, with great disgust, a 'review' from a person who has the absolute Gaul and audacity to name a Dr, yet prefers to remain anonymous. All this just because the Dr did not see him at precisely the time he booked for. He rants and raves about the Dr being greedy? He has never met the Dr, but he posts on a national forum and labels someone. Yet he remains anonymous As I said, he has never met the Dr, so on what basis does he label him as greedy? Does he know how many patients this Dr sees without charging a cent? Does he know how many patients bring an additional patient with them, such as a second child, where it is expected that the second patient is also seen but not charged? Does he know how many times a patient he has seen cannot afford a procedure, yet it is done at a loss? Does he know how many patients have been operated on without being charged, despite the Dr being liable for the theatre costs? Does he know how many times the Dr has come into his practice on a Saturday or even on a Sunday, to accommodate seeing a patient, without charging extra, or in fact without even charging at all? Does he know that this Dr does not charge 3-6 times the Medical Aid rate as do most Dr's? The answer is unequivocally NO he has no idea because he is so stuck up his own orifice he can't see the wood for the trees. If he had any guts at all, he would have posted with his name. So I have a question for Mr anonymous. Have you ever been to a Dr for an appointment and have had to stay even 5 minutes over your allocated time, because the Dr found something he needed to examine a little longer? If you are honest, and personally I don't think you are, you will have to admit that it has happened, perhaps more than once. So when you are the cause of someone else having to wait, which in turn causes the second one to be even later, and so on and so on, it is fine, but if YOU have to wait, that is completely unacceptable On that note, I feel that this site should not allow anyone to lambast or personally attack anyone without their name being displayed, especially not professional people. If you want to name and shame someone, then your name should reflect so everyone can see who you are. I am happy to show my name
My father was transferred to the Rehab Centre in Auckland Park following a stroke he had. As is ALWAYS the case with Netcare, the language policy is not adhered to. I recorded this and sent it to Jacques du Plessis, who has not had the common courtesy to respond to or acknowledge receipt of my complaint. In addition, all the SABC channels are out of focus n the TV. Strange as they are within 200m odd of the SABC itself. I took photos of the channels out of focus as well as those IN focus and sent all this to him. This is not the first incident reported to him by myself and it would seem that he is too high and mighty, being and MD, to respond. It would also seem that he does not like taking calls from or dealing with customers that are unhappy about the pathetic service received from his organization. I have taken the time to write to him personally, the least I expect is the same from him. The time below is difficult to adjust but it was 12:30 that I sent him the first message. Lastly, the lunch was supposed to be served at 12:00, it was only served at 12:43 ??
