Went there this morning for a double Latte -<br> 1. NEVER DISSAPOINTED (Great taste, my morning\bederfie\"), <br> 2. Awesome customer service and great vibe! They are my morning dose of happiness, <br> 3. Forgot my phone on the desk to have the barista running after me and brightening my day!<br> 4. 1. Applied for a new standard bank account online - NO RESPONSE<br> 2. I phone them - I HAVE TO GO INTO THE BRANCH<br> 3. Get to the branch - I HAVE TO HAVE MY ID (No indication of this necessary also not mentioned by call centre agent)<br> 4. Next day back at the branch - Another person gets shifted above as a result of a power failure (not my problem, i only have my lunch break to open my new account)<br> 5. Get phone call evening stating that i never initialed my pages (was dealing with the branch manager surely she should have told me this)<br> 6. Next day back at the branch - once again its a waiting game and an unsurety.....<br> <br> Sort yourself out standard bank - i dont need this account BUT - i would like to be apart of your bank.<br> <br> Still sitting and waiting as i post this complaint - process took me about 2 weeks to do... terrible service indeed..
