Being a debt collector for an account of mine I expect them to be thorough. My issue is more that the callers are rude and very impolite. Im not complaining about one caller but several. Seems like its a company culture. I pay my acc and have been regularly for the past 5 years not missing one payment but still made out to be the guilty one and they can do or say whatever they want.
Consummate professionals. From the manager of different departments right down to the guys doing the work. Really a pleasure working with this company and would recommend them to anyone!
I have reviewed this company before and the saga continues... After waiting for 25 minutes for a "superstar" I was told I chose the incorrect option for my Money related issue and was transferred again. Waited another 15 minutes and then gave up. Im giving upon them as well!!! Johan Naude
No customer service at all!!!! I changed my banking details twice on a call with a "superstar" and this month again tried to debit my OLD account.Best of all they are trying to debit met for last month as well when I have paid and sent my pop through!!!! I absolutely hate Supersonic at this stage and would not recommend to anyone!!!!
