Great Service following hiccup

Ordered a shower door, but it turned out it was 4 mm too big. Bathroom boys went the extra mile by coming to confirm the dimensions, ordering a new door, and even installing it for us. We were really impressed by them and will happily do business with them again.

Discovery Insure

Incredible Service

Fantastic service. Had a mechanical breakdown on the way back from a trip. Used the App to indicate Insure 24 Alarm Response/Road assist. Was called back within literally 5 seconds, I was amazed. Moloko Mathabathe helped me arrange a towing service to Toyota Vaal Park 100 km away. They called back every 20 - 30 minutes to ensure everything was going fine, that everyone was safe (as it was dark). To top it off, I had actually cancelled my insurance, effective end of May as I'm selling the car - so I was really impressed that they went out of their way for us. I honestly felt like the team cared.

Crawdaddy's Centurion

Everything was amazing, except 1 thing

My girlfriend and I have always enjoyed Crawdaddy's in Centurion. We love the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and most of all the food. Last night we arrived to our reserved table to smiles and a very friendly waiter. Drinks were offered and served very quickly and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere while we waited for our starter. The calamari cannelloni starter was expertly made and was thoroughly enjoyed. We noticed that there was a special on the ribs at R135 for 1 kg. Feeling brave, we both ordered this. Our waiter then asked if we'd like them normal or sticky, and suggested that the sticky ribs were a must have. Unfortunately, he didn't mention that the sticky ribs were an extra R40, which was the only thing that bothered me. We both enjoyed the ribs as much as we could, admitting defeat and taking our leftovers home. Unfortunately, we were surprised at the extra R80 on the bill due to the sticky ribs costing more. But overall, the experience was fantastic, and we look forward to dining again at Crawdaddy's.
