Planet Fitness: Don't ever join!
Don't EVER take out a Planet Fitness membership!!! Once you sign up, they make it nearly impossible for you to Cancel! Have been struggling to cancel month-to-month contract (which I had more than a year) since January already, including at the branch, over the telephone and via at least 3 emails. Now they want me to pay for a further few months ****il end of April)! Debit order deductions will probably continue even after this date... They put phone down while you speaking to them. Then send you threatening messages about arrears.

Do not trust advertised Prices!
<p>Do not believe the prices you see on their Website!!! Wanted to purchase tablet at advertised price, just to be informed that prices have not been updated for about a week and correct price is actually nearly 50% more! Had I already paid, I could either pay in the Huge Difference or get a refund? Does this sound like a scam (or is it just me)???</p>

Billing - DATA Usage Incorrect
<p>DATA Usage billed for cannot be correct! E.g. apparently downloaded more than 5GB at one time. However, no space on my phone to download even a small fraction of that? Cellphone (only device connected during this time) and Glocell's Modem both display downloads of only 1Gb for this period, while billed for much more than 10x that amount of Data? Also, contract should have been limited to only R50 extra data usage, but received bills for R11000 and R1800 for 2nd and 3rd months? However, never received copy of contract, even after requesting it several times soon after signing contract and long before receiving device (Modem) nearly 2 months later. I have tried numerous times and several contact numbers for Glocell, but am yet to speak to anyone. Signed debit order, but fortunately no deductions made as yet. Will not be paying anything until this is rectified. In meantime, will also be obtaining legal advice. (Account number 72- ********** )</p>

Sold me INCORRECT & DAMAGED Engine - no refunds!!!
Do not trust these guys!! Bought 1.8L engine from them, only to receive a 2.0L engine with burnt pistons and other issues. They apparently could not swap engine for correct working engine as they do not have stock, but are also not willing to give a refund. So, almost 2 YEARS later, I'm still stuck and fighting for a refund. <br> NB! Engines are sold on an exchange basis and in my opinion, MATADOOR SALVAGE recycles these broken engines received from clients by simply selling these again AS IS to other unsuspecting buyers.
