Teboho Moloi Has assisted me with road side assistance as i was stuck with no petrol. the service was excellent and he contacted me numerious times to insure that i was assisted. The service i have received from Miway was excellent and a big thank you to Teboho Moloi
I have phoned and cancelled this debit order on 2 separate occasions. They where supposed to refund me and they didnt and the debit order is still I'm place. As it is I dont earn that much and these people are eating my money
<p>Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered a teddy bear from netflorist with embroidery on it. They completely messed up the embroidery, they told me that i entered the wrong text on the website. They then went on to tell me that their system is perfect and they have no issues with it. I told the lady that was assisting me that I entered the correct text as I do know how to spell and when I asked them to fix it they told me that in order for them to fix the issue they would have to charge me a pick up and drop off fee. Keeping in mind that the item was not delivered yet. She then told me she had to consult her boss and will get back to me with the solution. When she phoned me back she then tells me that they can only refund me 50% of what I had paid for this item and then I can order again and make sure the item is correct at which point I then told her that I would like to speak to her manager. Her manager then went on to tell me that they tested the system and it works perfectly. I then told her that I spelt the names correctly and there is a huge problem with their system. She then told me that she will get her IT department to look into and get back to me. Which she did not. When I called back I was put through to another consultant which told me that they will give me a full refund. Which will take 5 to 7 working days. This incident happened Wednesday the 27th July I am still waiting for my refund. After this experience and what I have heard from my friends about their terrible experiences with netflorist. I will never support them again. I do advise that all people that are looking into purchasing from netflorist to please reconsider. They have pathetic customer service.</p>
Altech Autopage has been charging data even though the line has been suspended. The company has also charged data charges even though we have not used it, for example having a remaining balance of 200mb and i have unplugged the data card in order for it not be be active and at the end of the month i have still been charged out of data rates. Altech has notified us that this charge that we have received is because we only receive 2Gb day time and 3Gb midnight. Even though the balance inquiry has clearly shown 2GB + 2GB +3GB midnight data. We have been trying to get this resolved and have spoken to customer care agents and sent them screen shots of the balance inquiry, they are refusing to help rectify this. We are now being told that we must pay the full amount owing then Altech will be able to assist us with rectifying this issue. We have been fighting this for months and still have no answers.
