I've been an installer since 2016 their range of batteries has been always competative and perfectly suited with small office UPS systems, to running large houses and the 14.3kWh is a true beast of a battery, will keep installing for years to come!
Greetings to everyone reading and responding, i have had some spotty internet (comes and goes for 5minutes at a time) this weekend 5,6,7 May was not even possible to connect. i did send through support messages on two occasions (and received confirmation of my request) and heard nothing back, both times! today (7th May, coming home to no internet was the last for me, so i called in, waited in queue, got to 2nd place and at 16minutes of waiting i got a prompt saying to leave them a message in a voicemail style, upon a full mailbox, i get cut off!! trying again waited for another 16minutes and again coming from 8th place down to 1st in line... i got cut off!!!! slightly annoyed that i have now wasted all of my allotted airtime for the month, HelloPeter to the rescue. hope other ISPs have a little better services than what ive been experiencing this week (based in knysna, western cape)
Afternoon/ Evening<br> <br> im writing to complain to you for the wrong information regarding the change of ownership resulting in having two payments deducted simultaneously..<br> <br> I reported to the Owner, but his advice was to be at the store the following morning at 8 o'clock to see yet another assistant. i fine this time consuming and poor management on behalf of an Owner!<br> <br> the owner should be taking his store more seriously, with regards to training the staff, and less error on paperwork.<br> <br> <br> -Michael
