Terrible experience with Netstar. Your team has made an admin blunder and installed 2 tracking devices on my vehicle, i only requested for 1 tracking device and you guys have installed 2 devices, i am being billed for 2 devices. To resolve this they try to offer me discount on the 2nd device. Unacceptable

I am struggling to now take out a Vodacom contract due to previous ***** attempts using my ID number, now even the legit contract application done by me keeps getting declined. Application referral no is 34807601. kindly assist in how we can get this resolved. I am looking to take out an iPhone 14 contract

BE WARNED!! There is also no escalation path, she refuses to let you speak to a manager or someone higher. Rather take your business somewhere</div>
Unable to get a new contract, i placed an order online, got a ref number RL603R and a consultant eventually phoned me, took more details then the funny part cam when he told me i dont qualify for the contract, i qualify for a more expensive contract.
Stay away from Bidvest scratch and dent, when you want to claim for stone chips or scratches on one part of the car they get the repairer to assess the whole vehicle and get you quoted on each and every mark that is on the vehicle bumper to bumper, even though you are maybe claiming for a scratch on the fender, this brings the quote to a lot of money which is above the R3500 limit, then they decline the claim based on the amount of the claim. Dont waste your time and money with these crooks
<p>I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from Absa Idirect, now that I have to claim I am being told that there is no car inspection certificate on my policy.</p> <p><br />The car was inspected by Glasfit Bedfordview in 2015 and inspection sheet sent to Sandra at Absa idirect.</p> <p><br />Now I am being told to go and look for this inspection certificate that was issued in 2015, I do not have that document anymore and Absa is the one that misplaced it.</p> <p><br />Why should it be my responsibility to look for something that Absa did not file properly?</p> <p><br />Absa is happy to take my money every month but come claim time they are trying to dodge this claim. </p> <p><br />Policy number: ********** 694</p> <p><br />I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS KIND OF TRICK TO TRY AND DECLINE MY CLAIM</p>
