Absolutely poor service. Sales rep did not even come to the premises, then the team shows up to install carport, unannounced so in December holidays, I was not there and that was problem. If the rep came out to survey the premises, he would be able to guide the team
If there was a below zero star I would have awarded -5, and that would be generous, I have reported a serious voltage problem on 19 June, to date nothing was done. My DA counsellor in the area sent me the contact person. Apparently I am the only person in the area and she cannot help
If there were -stars I would award a -5. I am apparently a private client, with no support from anyone. I needed statements for a tax audit and was told to print them and bring them in to the bank to have them stamped as requested by SARS, while standing at the bank. Ques are endless and slow at all branches. If I had a choice, I would do everything online, however that is not possible.
Thank you to the team who did everything to get me connected and my query resolved. It is just unfortunate that it only happened after a query was logged on this site. The management at Vox is poor, no callback from anyone.

Extremely poor service. Technicians kept going to the wrong address, regardless of me giving the call centre the correct address every time. Impossible to get hold of the call centre when you phone, so you need to wait for them to contact you
