I recently start shopping at a retailer called CODE - who sells clothing. I am so impressed with their quality and range offered to customers. To top it all - great value for money. The staff and management in store is great - customer and service focused! It is such a pleasure to shop at their Bellville and Access Park branches. I can see that Ops Management is doing something right - the service we receive from the Bellville & Access Park branch is exactly the same. I am beyond disappointed in their lack of customer service excellence, feedback and follow through. Been trying for the last 3 days for their Regional Manager to phone me back - to date not a word!!!!! We did a group booking via their Table Bay Branch. There was an error made with one of the passengers surname (might I add, that they do have copies of the passports) and now expect us to pay an additional R700 to fix it! Worst of all - they didn't even pick up the mistake - WE DID!!!!! There are not checks and balances in place and store management is not willing to take ownership or responsibility for her agent's mistakes. We've used STA Travel for the last 3 years for all our travel requirements - this will be the last.
I recently visited the Edgars Tygervalley store! What a great shopping experience! Store was impeccable! Easy to navigate and staff was super friendly. To the store management - job well done!
It's shocking how an loyal customer can just be ignored! I've emailed Brett (who is in Customer Service Department) twice - NO RESPONSE. I then emailed the principle at the dealership in Tygervalley (Allistair) yet again - NO RESPONSE. I then opted to log a call on their website (done this twice) again - NO RESPONSE. I got in contact with an on line, live chat consultant who asked me to send an email to their leads department. AGAIN NO RESPONSE!! At this point I am highly irritated and disappointed with the lack of service, lack of respect for a customer and the lack of communication from Renault!! Does this brand do so well that they can just afford to ignore their customers - after I bought 4 vehicles in a matter of 3 years! Renault states that their vision statement is Passion for life - I am really questioning this - once again a company that just puts words to their brand name and do not live what they stand for. Really pathetic service - definitely taking my business else where, where I am respected as a customer!!
