Acrobranch Hillcrest We took our 6 year old grandson on Saturday morning on the recommendation of friends. What a wonderful experience. Great, caring and patient staff. Great facilities. Restaurant was well priced and well thought out menu, food highly recommended. Our grandson had the best 2 hours ever. We will be back in 4 months when he turns 7. Thank you Acrobranch Hillcrest.
Early in December 2024, I informed Morclick via Riaan Aitkin that I was not renewing my contract as the 24 months was ending at end December. I then was debited end December for the full month of January 2025. I was then debited again on 02 February for full month of February even though my contract ended at the end of December. Numerous emails sent have had no response. How does one deal with a company who refuses to accept one's cancelation, continues to debit one's account without authorization nor a new contract and who also does not communicate. Is the NCC or ICASA the next step?
