Thank you for the incredible service following email request yesterday afternoon to replace a lock fitted back in 2018 which had become faulty. Job completed already and the guys even brought in a vaccum to make sure site 100% clean. Thank you team and Chrystelle who handled the admin!
DAY 5 without fibre connectivity about to end and still no contact from Supersonic/Ruantel technicians to come out even start looking at issue! Spending my days endlessly buying mobile data so I can work and hours trying to reach someone in contact centre who can see this to resolution. Would hate to see what the usual turnaround is if this is ESCALATED now for days. SST261062 refers. Shocking service!
