Worst service ever. This morning on my way to KZN from PTA my car just stopped working. I phoned roadside assist from budget. I was stuck in Harrismith and the lady (Natasha) said id have to be towed to Newcastle. I specifically asked about co-payment and I was assured all is covered. When the towtruck arrived the same lady phoned me back stating that the full roundtrip as well as tollgates will not be covered. I reminded her that our previous conversation stated otherwise and that it was probably recorded. The answers i recieved consisted of *that she didnt know we would be driving on the highway *it was het mistake but theres nothing she can di about it *'please remind me ehat i daid vecause i said a lot of things' *ok now i only have to pay toll After that was somewhat sorted the towtruck informed me theres not enough space for me , my wife and two children (i fully understood that) i asked her how my family would ve able to travel to Neecastle in which she flatout stated that I would have to take care of that myself. That cost me an additional R1500 out of pocket just to ensure my family isnt left stranded and alone. I have 2 cars with bidget and have been with them a long time. But this was unacceptable. After this f up is sorted i will be moving to a different company that actually cares.
<div>Was looking for some band merch. Ordered from them and judging by the price I though id recoeve quality. Wrong! Recieved two average printed t shirts. Adding to that the t's are vic bay shirts. Those are the shirts we buy for school sport warm up shirts as they are cheap and we dont feel bad if they rip. We also buy them bigger as they shrink after the first wash. Well lesson learned, you can get band merch at the lady in Montana Market and she even offers exchanges if there is any problem.</div>

So, vodacom overcharged me by R3200. The 1st of Feb 2023 I phoned to have the error corrected, sent all the emails through, and was told it would be payed back by 8Feb. The 9th I phoned again, from there I was told the pop email isnt working, so I emailed Nicole Eybers. It took about 2 days for her to respond after that I phoned customer service again. After fights and threats I was put through to manager Samantha Haskins. When I told her im vlose to cancelling all 5 contract she replied with " well that your case". But she said she would phone back that night as soon as she got in at 20:30, well i missed the call as it only came through at 23:40 that evening. The 10th I got a mail(from Nicole) and msg from who i think is samantha that the payment is veing prepared. Low and behold, 14 Feb and still no payment recieved. If the money does not reach me by the end of this week I will be taking the lack of payment from vodacom as an scam and be given ot to the authorities as I have all the evodence of emails and such. I will also be subsequently be cancelling all 5 accounts in due course.
Im a type 1 diabetic. I never recieve my insulin on time. I email repeatedly, phone without end...with no response. My insulin got delivered 3 days late and my new added meds didnt come with it. 3 emails sent still no response. I will be taking the complaint to bonitas as well as the ombudsman. They are playing a dangerous game with chronically ill patients.
this most be the best online clothing store in South-Africa. ordered my golf clothes on Thursday 14:30. it arrived the next day. in this day and age that is unheard of. to the guys and girls working there, keep it up, and thanx for being someone the rest of the stores can look up to.
i ordered shoes from this company on the 28th of Aug. the 31ste i phoned them and told them i have not recieved an invoice yet. they ensured me they recieved the payment and would send me one. on week later i phoned again with the same request. both times being i sured delivery would be on time. 2 days later i finally recieved the invoice. i phoned again stating i dont see a tracking number on the invoice. i was then told they couldnt provide one as the warehouse is behind. i asked if i would recieve my order in time and was told that he was on his way home and the warehouse mailed him he would check at home and let me know. the followi g day i had to reach out again. this time i was told hell talk to the warehouse later. again i reached out and was told 'maybe next week'. i asked if i could cancel my order as that did not work for me. i was told i could and sent them my banking detail. he said he would process it immediately. it been 5 days, i have to leave 3 or 4 messages before i get replied to.he told me the money has been paid over this morning, but i still see nothing. the person i corresponded with was Jano Olivier. i will not ever do business with them again, or even reccomend them. i asked from which bank they paid, they said fnb. i replied by saying it doesnt reflect in my account yet and was replied to with "gee tyd...". he just said to me that he paid in full and shouldve taken 15% handling fee, even though its not specified in their terms and conditions.
Baber at the wonderboom junction branch is awesome. He even remembered what we spoke about a month ago, and he is awesome at his job
