<p>I placed an order on 23 June 2016. After a lot of faulty quotations and wrong delivery cost as well as 3 request for earlier delivery than 17 August 2016, Xco did not deliver as said on the order form (and as promised to me by at least 4 persons ). I hope you deliver tomorrow!</p>
I have an ADSL line previously managed by M-Web up to 30 November 2015. I cancelled with M-Web and applied at Telkom during December 2015 for a 10MB line and they promised a line before Christmas. Telkom contacted me on 6 Januarie 2016 to confirm that the line was transferred and operational. The first problem is that the line was supposed to be a 10MB line but . was still functioning on 6MB. The second problem is that everything suddenly stopped working on 20 January 2016 - even the phone line is out of service. I logged a call on 21 January 2016 and was given a reference number 181CTK210116. On 23 January I inquired about the process and Telkom said the call was put on the technicians list who will react in 48 hours. Today it is the 29th of January. I am without any means of communication and must rely on other people for banking, e-mails, etc, etc. Again I contacted Telkom and suddenly the answer was that my line is with M-Web and is not their problem. I have been billed by Telkom though since December 2015. I really would like to know what exactly is going on at Telkom and why they are not capable of handling such a seemingly easy transaction. This station doesn't do a thing about customers playing such loud music that our house windows vibrate. This is a residential area. I have asked numerous times to put up a sign but I am just told that the customers are having a good time.
