I have been a loyal Teljoy customer for around 10 years. I used to receive excellent, prompt and amazing customer service from Teljoy and always recommended them but this has steadily declined over the last 3 or so years. I had to send my TV in for repairs 2 months ago. The TV came back in a worse condition and I then had to send it back to Teljoy as the speakers has blown and it still was not in a good condition. The first loaner TV they gave me did not work. I then had to drive back to Durban to get another loander TV which is not a smart TV and I was given legs that do not fit the TV so its literaLLY just balancing. Since its not a smart TV I am unable to watch Netflix or do any live streaming. They have had my TV now for a month, saying that they are waiting for parts. The TV was supposed to be returned yesterday (Thursday 10 Nov). I waited at home all day and did not even receive a phone call or email, even after I emailed them and phoned them. I then received a call today saying the TV would be delivered by 2pm. Once again I have had to stay home all day waiting for the TV. I am still waiting and have not heard from them. I am shocked and disgusted at this terrible service. Whoever you have employed over recent years clearly do not care about their jobs or their customers and couldn't be bothered with looking after long term loyal customers who have spend thousands and thousands of hard earned rands with this company. If you want to keep me as a customer sort out your disgusting customer service. I am furious with how poorly I have been treated and the total apathy and lack of interest from Teljoy. I will never recommend Teljoy to anyone else again and you're very close to losing me as a customer permanently if you don't sort this out!
Don't buy a bike from Perry Bikes. You will get ripped off. I financed a R90 000 and have had to replace brake pads every week since. The chain and sprocket is competely ****ed. I can't ride the bike. I've had the bike for 1 month and I have to replace parts to my own cost. This bike is not show room quality ready and I may as well have bought a cheap R20k bike off Gumtree as I am now in the same situation as I have always been with cheap second hand bikes. SHocking service from them and all they can do is blame the rider.

I thought this was a company that helps you find loans. When I filled out the online application there was nothing to let me know that i was signing up to have R395 debited off my account for services that I already get for free from my insurance company. I have tried to cancel this and asked for a refund but they have refused and said they don't do anything over email and that I must phone them. They have not provided me with a copy of any contract that i signed saying I agreed to this. They have scammed me and scammed countless others of money we cannot afford. All I want is my money back. Surely a company that makes you sign up for something online would then deal with cancellations over email. They are happy to take your money without sending you any kind of confirmation via email but when it comes to asking for it back they refuse. I want my money back. I have already contacted my actual real lawyers. Watch our for this company https://www.loanfinder.co.za/. They are fraudsters and scamsters. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ID NUMBER OR BANK ACCOUNT.

I bought a Mongoose Mountain Bike from Sportsman's Warehouse, Pavilion. I had to return it as it was faulty, I got a replacement which they then had to send in for repairs and after that, it was still not working properly. I then sent this one back and got another replacement. My new bicycle is still giving me major problems. Sportsman's offered to have it repaired at Hatton's Cycles, Glenwood. Unfortunately Hatton's did not do a good job and did not give a proper assessment of what was wrong with the bike. I had to send it back twice and then I got told that the braking system is just a poor quality one. I then took the bike to Adams Cycles for a second opinion and I was told that it is an excellent braking system but that this one has a factory fault and it needs to be replaced at an approximate cost of R2 000. Why didn't Hatton's tell me this and I could have had Sportsman's pay for proper repairs. I am now stuck with a R6 000 bicycle that I cannot use as the brakes are completely stuffed and Hatton's also stripped the bolts. Hatton's did not fix it properly. Do I need to contact my lawyers now or will Sportsman's replace my brakes so I have a working bike.
I bought a Mongoose Mountain Bike from Sportsmans Warehouse. It had some problems with the bike so they offered to have it repaired at Hattons Cycles at Buxtons Center, Glenwood. I sent the bike in for repairs and they did not fix it properly. I had to send it back and they still did not fix it properly. THey have also stripped the bolts for the braking system. My bike is completely messed up because of them and when I phoned I got told \I don't give a f...ck:. I am disgusted at the service and quality of workmanship. "
I have been contacted by the call center to say I still owe money on my account. I have requested a full statement via email as I thought that I had paid my account in full. I am still waiting for this to be sent to me. I would like a full statement emailed to me before I pay anything.
