I booked accommodation thruogh booking.con for the 4-6 November at letaba River Studio Apartment. When I arrive at around 20:00 PM the owner came to wellcome me with a very big dog and i expressed my fear for dogs. She went back to lock the dog, to my syrprise when she return she chased me out her property because of my fears for dogs. When contact both the BnB and Booking.com about my refunud they are refusing to refund me even after I explained that I was expelled before I could even check in.
I visited the bank on the 25th October to activate my account. I was assisted by a lady called Sindiswa Yumala. She gave a form to get get someone signature and returned back. 14:40 I was back at the branch. She told me to return the following day because she's on lunch and thereafter she is knocking out. I had to appeal to her to be assisted and had to use the family bereavement so that she can eventually assist me.
I delivered a project from 2019-2022, the project was delivered after its contractual timelines due to several delays. Like delayed payment, COVID-19 from 2020-2022 and other factors. However, upon delivery, I wrote a report about factors that affected the project. Only to be sent an E-Mail by one official instructing me to implicate someone else for the delay, I refused and I was told I have forfeited my last payment.
