Seems like there are so many unhappy clients experiencing the same problem, I ordered clothes in July for my daughters wedding only to be told it's stuck at customs. Well the wedding has come and gone and my order has not arrived, and no reply to my request for refund. How do we take this company to task this is their refund policy on website.... If in the event that Doll Me Up Fashion is not able to provide the item ordered by the client as it is no longer available from the supplier, the client is entitled to select an alternative garment to the same value or request a refund for that garment....now why dont they adhere to their policy.
After numerous call backs and promises and apologies still no closer to getting the fridge I ordered 06/09/2017. Why cant one person take responsibility and say this is what we can or cant do for you, or this is what we can offer you as replacement but don't tell me "I will get back to you" and think that this is going to go away. You have had my money for 3 months now so either deliver on what was promised or tell me you cant and let me shop somewhere else
I placed order on line on 06/09/2017 as there were fridges in stock or so the on line store reflected. Only when I query am I told that its on order but cant say when stock will arrive. YET Black Friday sale they advertised the same fridge Defy Double Door DAC419 Combi C300 Eco WD M Fridge / Freezer - Metalic (226L) 3 in stock......I called Defy who advised there is no difference in the specs of the fridge I ordered to this one only in appearance, so why was I not offered this fridge
<p>I have emailed ********** numerous times only to be told my query has been addressed and closed, I have been contacted by ********** and advised that my query will be addressed and yet money is still being deducted off my bank account. Other than close my account with a bank with whom I have been with for 15 years what am I to do any suggestions?</p>
<p>After cancelling my order in November 2016 my bank account is still being debited even though numerous emails and calls and being advised my query is being attended to. Any suggestions as to who I could contact to berate certain staff memebrs for lack of service or delivering on promise</p>
