PATHETIC SERVICE AND NON DELIVERY OF ORDER ITEM
Pathetic service, I ordered on the 24th of March and I did not receive any notification about my order or delivery. I enquired with them and they take forever to respond and they are not prioritizing the matter. Today is the 11th of April and I still have not received my refund.

Telkom Sales
<p>Telkom sales department sucks. I did an online application for their LTE special on the 12th, the consultant who called me took my details and told me will call me back to confirm if my application was successful. She was also to call me back to confirm an enquiry I had. Two days later I still have not received any feedback from her. I then call back on the 17th and I was told that the application was pre approved and the debit order will go off within 48hrs and the order will also be delivered 47hrs after the deduction. Nothing happened after the deduction went off. I called on the 21st I was told that the order will be delivered any day. Today I called and I was informed that there is no address for delivery hence the delivery was not done. I told the consultant to ask her superior to give me a call and I still have not received a call from them. Each time I called I dealt with different consultant and all of them were incompetent.</p>
