I am from RSA. I read everyone's review regarding Mobrog. I have been on there now 3 weeks. I receive a lot of surveys daily. Waste so much time on completing to be pre-approved. This also takes time. Just to read at the end, you do not qualify for this survey. Do not worry it happens all the time. We working hard on finding you more surveys. You get screened out, often on 89%. This suggests enough information is collected. Lets cut it short( screened out) as that way one do not qualify to be paid. Over three weeks i earned .21usd. Spending about an hour per day average. AI gave me such a well written review and promised they were in the top5 best to participate in. It is also useless in the sense of responding with accuracy and correct, do not lie. BUT>>>>> the pre decided typed out options are often not what you can selesct truths of. Therfor you try to select as close as possible. However - your nexr potential survey may just have a little better variety to select from. This could allow you closer to your truths. This again would then qualify you as inconsistent. (Which could also disqualify you. After 18 hours, earned 00.21 usd . I never mind hard and dedication - I do however myself more valuable than being **********. I find such utter disrespectful. There is no way of contacting these companies to mention the problems on the surveys. Well planned to have no dealings with any public participant. If humans are good enough to use their time and take 90% information then be the return to see it through. Is what I would think a business would have at least such moral compass which could only add value to their concern and name. I do question the entire frame - with AI on board, taking over all employment from humans. How-come they are not used for this. AI response was, because they are not human, they can not respond with feeling towards surveys. As if they care in any event.
my unfortunate experience on 04 Apr 2025 at 22:14 pm with Uber. I just wish to post the follow up, my money was eventually refunded. It is just the schlep, inconveniences and having to try and find a way into the system where it allows you to send email. One has to use emergency procedures for being hi jacked etc. With all that , well what can i say. How matters are handled, i wish for no one to be in an emergency. It is not like one can sit and text messages while being ****d or at gun point. The structure is not safe at all. At all times, be sure you send your trup details, should something go wrong that you are followed by someone reliable with savvy who could follow up. I have about 2 weeks ago, noticed there is a bank transaction for a trip, fund being deducted, though I was soundly at home busy reading. Lucky for me the transaction was soon after the reversed. So i would like to also point out to humans, check your accounts activity. The trip i wrote about originally, the so called recorded footage, no one ever came forward, no one of the UBER concern ever approached me again in the regard. Outrageous service with no follow up and follow through. ( I CANNOT SUBMIT AN EMAIL ADDRESS such transparency is not an option for clients)
I was approached by a lady on the floor in Pep- Tygervalley Branch. I popped int ere for something specific. The marketing agent, with her tablet, very in your face person who refused to accept no for the meaning it holds. Eventually i said fine. Before we were done I cancelled the process due to the double talking. I was also informed at that stage, I cannot cancel the application I must contact head office an entire story. I responded, we are in the store, I tell you what, you get your head office online so we could sort it out quick. Which she had no access to. Ever since then I am monthly reminded/ harassed with sms messages, first to collect the card for the new selected account, followed with...... to respond with 1 to accept quote for your new account . THERE IS NO ACCOUNT TO BEGIN WITH. The way the proposed account was dealt with. I app**** already to please remove my details from all their data banks. Apparently, in store can not assist one with it. Why must businesses add so much complication through marketing. YOU approaching humans, not humans begging for an account!!!
I prefer not to give my personal details on a public web site. However, at delivering me to my residence, I was asked to cancel the trip as the driver have a faulty phone. When we cancel trips we are penalized, which i explained. However, i used 30 minutes of my time trying to assist the driver. (This is after i had to get the driver to turn around and re direct him on a quick route to get me home) The trip never got ended, quoted trip was paid out of my bank account (R64) ( over charged) with a second trip, to an address where I DO NOT LIVE. At a time I was not out in public space. R242.00 for which the receipt I received in my email box. I used so much extra time as well to find ways to write to Uber immediately after the trip INFORMING them about my trip not being ended. as my app would not give an option to cancel the trip at the time. ( THEY SAY PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE- NOT WITH UBER) The driver came to sit on the back seat where I sat to view my action I apply on the App. ( I was not comfortable with this either) Due to the trip not ending, the vehicle standing still for the period of time, there is a so called safety app I assume it is. Contacting one to ask if you are ok, they notice the vehicle standing still for so long. What would truly happen if there is a threatening situation one wonders. Bottom line is the trip was not ended despite all my various emails at UBER which informed them. Still there is extra costs deducted from my account which was not trips i take or where I reside. The information on my trip indicates the trip was recorded. This should then clarify my absence. I asked for the recording to be shared. Suddenly on the 4th of April 2025 since 31 March 2025, the matter would be investigated, due to high volumes the matter has not yet received the attention it had to. Is this in indication how problems for UBER increase? It should not be necessary to have an administrative on app journey to FIND WAYS how to contact the company directly to report matters. One has to find the emergency sections under being abducted or driver attacked you etc, to be able to find a space on the app to write emails about your problem experienced. The other alternative is to use pre decided choices to select from. which most of the time is not what your problem is about. Which is processed and you never hear from anyone again. Why MUST matters always develop to a fatal near death or death before it is regarded and valued to have a easy accessible workable system for humans to find their way around it. Clients have to pay booking fee ( but you make your own booking) you pay so called cheaper as you selected a trip with which you had to wait for sur charge ....3.9 km I was charged R64.00 + R178 = R242.00 FOR 3.9KM. With a driver that do not understand left and right directions. Have a faulty phone which do not work proper( according to him) cannot end your trip. Sorry for the phone, + he does not know what to do. Phone only connects intermittently + so much time wasted to get a simple matter sorted out. After one repeatedly informed them about the matter.***** 3.9 KM R242.00 ****** IT IS NOT EVEN a Mercedes or Audi. They have all these fees, even though you are the one doing all the work. I cannot enter an email address- they operate from a hub, making sure one cannot contact them unless they contact you on the app- Very controlled contact as it suits them.

Perhaps this star could be changed? Up for a challenge? All my attempts through email to have contact with the the mentioned and verifying certain information seem impossible. Eventually i made contact via whatsapp. making them aware to kindly respond to my emails written, I was very keen to receive responses. Lucky for me, at the ed of that day, i received an apology and message I would receive a response A.S.A.P. After receiving nothing, I approached the matter again the next morning on whatsapp. Again i received a message, to state, it was sent and would attend to it again at the time. Still nothing, i went ahead and gave two email addresses now, not just one. In-case there is a problem of some kind. Though i receive everyone else emails. I now received a screenshot from what Ii had send and that is was forwarded to me, though no content is visible. An emoticon which expresses, shoulders pulled up, do not know. I extend a further writing to ask, please send me the information via whats app, seeing there seem to be an error of some kind which neither parties currently perhaps know what it is, if there is an obstacle of some sort preventing this emails to arrive. I checked all the other areas like trash, promotions etc. The mail is no where to be found. This is my second request at asking for the information asked to be sent to my whatsapp instead as after a week, this is a huge time loss for me. I fond with many driving schools there information posted online is not updated to their current prices one then discover it seem to be vastly different. This is also a criteria I am trying to collect the correct information on from them. My last message to them today was, i would now revert to a social media platform who perhaps could make this work. I decided no better place than HalloPeter. Though I truly do not see what is the hold back to send me a screenshot of the content which was mailed to me and or the actual particulars via whatsapp? Neither do they respond towards it in whatsapp? just checking the 2nd optional email address, which received an email at least, however, there is no content in the emails. All three responses are marked in one mail same dates and time. Still absolute no content. Lets allow all benefit of the doubt and see the support of their business at a client within one more try. Lets discover the weave strength of this driving school.
The only reason they collect a star, is so that we can activate the space to leave the review. I would not rate them any stars at all. They were one of my worst business experiences, as all my other writings clearly dictated in expressing the awful experiences. I promised to be back to update in this saga. I am ecstatic to be free from Blue Label Connect. The journey was horrible, forever one and half year it took. The relentless sending back and forth, ones time and energy, All the extra rands this cost a person. I can only thank htem for the experience to have made me wiser in certain criteria. owning awareness to certain specifics which I do not before. It also educate one on how sly (for lack of a better word) organisations operate. What one should all ask to be sure it is clarified in writing, signed and dated before you purchase a cell phone, especially from stores like Pep, Ackermans, Game etc. Remember these outlets sell what was given to them to sell. The sales staff on the floor do not even know all the in and outs of the undercover information attached to promotion packages to a sim card which is not advertised as part of te package at all. Bottom Line, AVOID BLUE LABEL CONNECT AT ALL COST. Be very sure you know what is a promotion connected to your cell phone deal (of course it is included in your price) If companies you are connected with (unknowingly), are poor credit performers- this impact negatively to your well maintained credit ) Therefor you need to dissect your deal to ensure you made yourself clear of any costs you could run into, to free yourself from such a mess. AVOID BLUE LABEL CONNECT AT ALL COST. I AM FREE AT LAST AFTER A NEARLY 2 YEAR STRUGGLE ALL AT OWN COST AND TIME. Where they any good and efficient. NOT AT ALL. Of course when they do not know how to correct their own mess of creations, you simply being suspended totally, leaving you in unexpected situations, yet again. They refuse all and any direct contact with the clients Happy I have the tenacity, not all people have the word knowledge and know how to get them-self to such a level in the same time exposing such concerns. If it was not for the very efficient assistance I had with the lady at Vodacom assistance for the first time ever since the sage started, i probably still would had been suspended. Hearing the name Blue Label Connect, she new immediately what to do, why they did what they did (incompetence) how to add me to the system again as an existence. Executed.
This lovely little Coffee shop in the Tygervalley Water edge area. Opposite La Vida on Edward street. Quaint little spot. Still needs a bit of touches to have that embossed mark of atmosphere and ownership. Currently it still wipes off as a bit of a cold ambiance. A few classic touches to blend and wrap current aesthetics to a warmer closer feel. The beauty against the wall (piano) to be more a part of the classic story experienced, instead of just a white elephant against the wall, ornament. new look to be part of the A lovely roasted bean. I only had a once off experience to this point. I will re visit this spot most definitely. The super friendly warm welcoming and conversation, as good as the coffee. Well prepared, smooth. I also noticed the machine in motion with a promising iced slush coffee in motion. Definitely an experience I look foreword to within our next Spring and Summer days. They have enough of a variety to enjoy a refined bite from. Their French Chocolate drizzled croissant filled with a vanilla and banana cream filling, exquisite. Very well priced for a quality experience of quality. Worth your set aside, investments for a coffee treat. I would defiantly recommend this spot if you enjoy a more relaxed quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. Neat and clean. Not just did I have the opportunity to engage with the lovely waitress but also with the branches manager. Very polite. They are also their own brand, therefor you could purchase their delicious bean, online or at any outlet. I believe there is always room for Improvement, which is the only reason why I rated 4 stars for the quality products, and great service.
Blue Label Connect - only get a 1 star. which they do not deserve- just to allow me to use the feature !!! No further contact at client. The NO VALUE AT CLIENTS show.. It also reiterates- the apologies is routine and no weight all. Sadly VODACOM - had no idea the gold they do have in their employment, is scarce- the focus is on the norm which over a year and a half added no calue to all my inconveniences. Please be aware of the fact, once my current VODACOM packages expire, I will return to the Bank to migrate and connect to their bank. I trust and hope for Blue Label Connects inefficient structure and business client service my application would be successful. I will report back
I used the coffee outlet before close to the library in the Tygervalley Mall. The worst coffee in the mall. with some of the worst service with employed people which one ask yourself, i wonder why they are here? After about 5 months, I returned to establish if the background information of what is visible, perhaps are part of the franchise/chain, connected with Life Church in Sea Point. A place of worship I often visited. It is a long distance to travel from Durbanville Sundays and often weekends, depending which projects I was connected with. Sometimes social gatherings and participation. I thought to esquire with them in this regard. There was an elderly gent in the coffee shop and a youngster came out the back room with a female cashier behind the counter. Thursday 18/07/24. This played out during the cause of the mid morning. The lady was what I would identify with as strangely odd. Mumbles a response with a weird sense of humor. One has no idea of what the person is trying to relate to one. A whole lot of nothingness. I attempted this three times. I even suggested maybe there is someone in the organisation she could contact t get me a more of a definite direct response to the question. According to her, after she asked the youngster who came from the back, no there is not. Added, perhaps if I tell her why I need to know she could perhaps tell me. More strange.- If I had to walk into Ok Food Chain store and ask them if they are interlinked with Ok furniture, why would one have to know why i would like to know to give a simple answer to a simple question. Same with, eg...Pick n Pay family Store, Pick n Pay Hyper & Pick n Pay. Strange set up. No information one can find to establish the necessary, giving the entirety more of a strange edge. I thanked her for her time and said no problem, i will establish in other ways. I just thought the best easiest would be direct, a preference of mine. Clearly a mistake. It appears as if they are trying to keep one in a confused understanding with purpose? I followed up with, perhaps you wont mind telling me, the worship being advertised on the doors of an entrance also in Tygervalley as Hillsong Worship, if they are the same, similar or interconnected. She looks me straight in the face, saying with her odd strange ways, she never heard of them , she does not know. I then refer tot he details which flow on a screen in their facility opposite where the elderly gent was seated. It is advertised on their screen!!! I departed with an expression thanking her for her time. Why is it so complicated to get easy access and or esquire? I hope the light of faith could be assisting light on this inquiry as well. I think if I am correct by assumptions of the one response at me, of New Life being better for one, than Life only. ( matter of perspective) I mentioned Life Child as a example, being part of Life Church. Life child I participated in at various projects, such as walks as well towards fund raising for children.
