Karcher - Great products and great service!!
A great deal on a new carpet cleaner, the logistics were handled very quickly and efficiently. One item went missing with the courier, no questions asked, and Karcher sent a replacement. Great products and great service!

Helpful, Efficient and seemless!!
Absolutely awesome service!! Was looking for 2 Ecoflow backup units. They sourced within a day, placed order/paid and was delivered the following afternoon. Ongoing communications from them. Seemless - thank you Evogames!

VW RSA Customer "Care" - completely useless
VW Customer "Care" are a puppet centre, who initially sound compasitionate and caring, but when it comes to any resolution or answers, become cold, clinical, scripted and don't actually resolve anything! Have new VW Polo Highline model, registered Jan 2019. Battery dies 2 months after warranty. Went to dealer who deferred everything to VW South Africa. 3 questions raised: 1. Why does the battery die immediately after warranty expires? 2. Why is this a hybrid lead acid battery when stop start cars should have AGM batteries, designed for the task? 3. Why quoted R6800 for replacement battery when from VW America (on public website, priced at $84 = R1,215 FOR SAME part number. Responses received: 1. Cannot resolve anything to do with parts after warranty expired, parts wear... 2. No comment 3. Cannot comment on overseas pricing. So, AS EXPECTED, an exercise if futility to get VW SA to provide ANY logic to their technical decisions, procurement decisions, pricing decisions or any real care for customers... PATHETIC....

Read the T's & C's link on the website VERY carefully!!
Be sure to read the T's & C's on the website as they effectively absolve the supplier of MANY responsibilities that most normal consumers would NOT wish to accept. And PC Link does indeed rely on these! First hand experience. Breach of contract/False Advertising/Worse attitude....
"TRUSTED SHOP??" Do not trust what you see from this company. I ordered a computer through PC Link via the Price Check website. Received a confirmation order. Now have been contacted by Paul to advise that this is NOT a new unit but a used unit. Even they did not know this until contacting their supplier - who should take responsibility and step up? Nowhere was this "minor detail" documented on the website of either Price Check or their own PC Link website. This is false advertising at its best. I have asked them to honour what I ordered, as a rightly expected new Unit and they have refused. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION. I am trusting that to restore customer experience and legitimate expectations that PC Link will reconsider this poor decision and turn what has been a most disappointing experience into a better one........
