I received confirmation last year after following up for over two months that I passed the Assessor course to date no certificate. Their online check has been disabled, very disappointed after I had found their learning system during studies to be so good. I've lost opportunities because of this administration quandary.
I placed and paid for an order online on 1 Oct 2019, after having checked avaibility of the colour I wanted. To date no delivery nor a response on follow ups, as their commitment was 7 days which has lapsed. It has been promise for feedback after promises but no delivery. I had informed them this was for a birthday gift of the 9 Oct, nobody seem to care.
I bought a bike about two and half months ago, nedless to say the bike was not fully kitted with spanners or whatever else I was expected to do for it to work. I contacted takealot advising them of the white elephant in my garage, to which they promised to collect the bike. There were clashes in terms of my availability until last the collections (courier) guy called confirming that the bike will be collected on 7th Oct 2019. To date the bike still sits in my garage with locked spokes and twisted pedals. I haven't heard from takealot nor from courier services. Not sure when this stale matter will be resolved.
Their response and attention given to the product I had purchased left an imprression that they are about service and customer satifaction. Really pleased!!!!!!!
I had done my online shopping debited twice in one day on 29 April 2019 to date I am still struggling to get my reserve money back from Pick n Pay. Being shove from pillar to post by customer care whom when I called directed me to the shop where I had collected my online shopping as she was not able to do a refund or facilitate the refund . I submitted an online complaint same day, nothing...nada.... no response not even an acknowledgement of email. Three days later squeezed the time to go to the shop was informed, the refund is facilitated by customer care who had informed me to get to the shop.....what is that... being shoved from pillar to post..... not acceptable at all. All I need is money back... why should I have to wait for 9 days to get a refund. The shop today called me informed me the refund should have been done by customer care... Pick n Pay what is going on here?
Unable to resolve matter of connectivity Promises of contact from esclation manager no contact Refund for days without service, unresolved, shifting blame and putting it on openserve who I have no relationship with but with them. Diligent in debiting but unable to resolve matters requiring their attention.
I placed an order in Nov 2015. What followed was out of this world inefficiencies and lack of customer responsiveness. <br> Promises to deliver to new address was made but the order had not left Woodstock at all even now. Schools opened today Amina is not taking my calls. <br> Hyde park tried to help but Amina could not even supply info required to this branch.<br> <br> The order is incomplete all is a mess. <br> <br> I am returning the incomplete order back and wants my money back.
I was given a premium trial which was said to be valid for 30 days and before my 30 days was over, they yank my account . I have been searching for contact e-mail there is absolutely nothing one can find.<br> I have removed the premium status but I have no confirmation that this has been effected. I want my money back and confirmation that I am no longer on premium.
