Hamley denies Christmas
Head office delivers bad customer service Wasien Khan. My son bought a bubble blaster gun from the Hamleys in the V&A Waterfront for himself at the end of 2023. The product was defective and we could not return it, and we asked family to do it for us. They sent us the credit note via WhatsApp and now Hamleys head office needs the original document after it was confirmed with the store in V&A that the photo and number of the credit note will do. Now Hamles head office refuses to honor the credit note. All my son has wanted for the last year is to have his product changed. As this was his Christmas gift last year for himself.

Ek het maandag water skade aan my hout vloere in die huis gehaat, Dinsdag die eis by Virseker ingedien en met die vriendelike en behulpsame Stefanie gepraat. Die selfde uur as wat die eis ingedien is, het Luis die assessor my ge kontak en n afspraak gemaak om my nog dieselfde dag te sien. teen vandag 11/11/2015 minder as 24 uur na die kwotasie ingedien is by virseker het Stefanie my gekontak om my in kennis te stel dat die eis goedgekeur is.<br> ek het nog nooit sulke uitstekende diens ervaar van enige maatskappy nie.<br> Stefanie baie baie dankie. vir julle en jou julle sal ek vir enige iemand wat wil luister aanbeveel.
