Placed an order in Nov 2021, for ny sons birthday in March, constant follow up on the order since the 4th, emailed proof of payment since no. From day 1 no confirmation of order, yet full payment was made, after requesting a refund to an email they indicated i email too, they never received the email either, again a glitch in the system. no ownership, worse client service ever, my satisfaction as a client no where. There system didnt record the order after taking my money -Client issue according to the Velvet cake co. The email address to request a refund, does not work- Clients issue according to The Velvet Cake co Refund requested, my sons birthday is the 14th- Clients issue again, oir refunds take 6-10 days You can have absolutely amazing cake, and still fall flat because you never ever addressed the clients experience in this entire process!
<p>i purchased a vehicle in November and chose MIWAY as a prefered insurer, on December 1st 2016 i was chuffed at an email reading that i should select my reward, immediately i selected a woolworths which to my surprise gave me an error, thereafter i selected MC Donals Voucher and it went through saying i could redeem this withing 48hours. it is the 19/01/2017, almost 2 months have passed, ive called in only to be told that they will escalate it to the relevant department.Up until today i was not sent the vouchers offered to me and have yet had a reply from anyone at MIWAY.</p> <p> </p> <p>If this is my first contact with them, it leaves me terrified to even think about how they handle claim related matters.</p> <p> </p> <p>New Client and very disappointed!</p>
On the 24th August 2015 i bought a Automatic Chrysler for R50 000 from Gerhard however we noticed the management light is on he agreed that he will have this sorted when we collected car he said his mechanic (Autotronic Genius,Parow) was so busy but gave us the details and said he has an account with them and we can book in car as soon as we ready he will cover the cost.He also said that theres no other issues with car .I travel with my 7mnth old daughter to Cravenby from Mitchells plain and the car started to struggle to select Gears and made loud sounds and the heat gage went up,this was scary and undoubtedly a danger to my daughter and myself.<br> I then called again and again to Mechanic and we finally booked the car in on the 22/09/2015<br> <br> Since the 24th August we were told about a reasonable 2 week period that we should be open about then it continued to drag and the legal advise was the the defendant seems willing to remedy lets allow him to remedy the fault finally a letter of demand was sent yet still no action -The defendant seems more in control of the situation, he sits with the car and how money and we sit with nothing!<br> <br> i will certainly not continue with the insurance!
