I had 3 business lines with Neotel up until recently. I formally requested to cancel 2 of the lines and stipulated that they must please not cancel the 1 number. I highlighted it because it was the line I advertise on all my websites, socila media and other marketing material. Due to their incompetence they cancelled my active business line and in addition did not cancel the 2 lines I requested. They charged me for the 2 lines whilst my business was going under since none of my customers could get hold of me. After bringing it to their attention on July the 27th 2017, and returning their device the day after, they still have not refunded me for mistakenly cancelling my business line. Nor have they offered to compensate me for the loss of business and reputation. I dealt with Neotel for 3 years and was locked into their 24 month contracts, and I am finally able to cancel all my contracts with them. Their constant incompetence has caused me hours of dealing with a call centre that is inept and untrained. They are a liability for any small business! Don't make the same mistake I made.
Itec promsied me a VoIP solution. Charged massive set up fees and then provided a product that could not deliver. The lines is poor quality, none of my clients could hear me, I lost so much business and have been calling them almost every day for 3 weeks. Now it seema they sold me a product that can not be used on a mobile device, and refuse to give me my money back! This after all this hassle, and me trying to find a solution. Whatever you do, dont work with Itec, they offer zero client support, make promises on which they can not deliver and in the end will be a liability to your business.
