After years of boycotting Snatcher, they had something that I really needed and couldnt get cheaper elsewhere. I had to bit the bullet and give them one more try and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery and effeciency of communication. Were it not for the fact that the item quality sadly matches the price, I would be giving them 5 stars.
6dot50 is a convenient way for companies to make quick bonus payments to employees and they are growing their partner base. They now have takealot as a transfer partner and I decided to use it this past Saturday. I didnt expect that there would be a response that late in the afternoon but there was and even though it ended up being after hours they stayed to help me with my query until it was resolved. I appreciated that.
Just don't do it. Its an absolute **** and he will string you along for the longest time. He has every reason and excuse in the book but you get nothing for it - PLEASE, just don't do it.
I have been with them for several years now and finally checked my statement only to realise that ieverytime I buy a new car and advise them that its a replacement of an existing one then they dont remove the existing one and just keep billing me for it. I now have 5 cars that I have been paying for without noticing and they havent respinded to any of my cancellation emails - only automated ref numbers are sent back. This is absolutely dodgy behaviour - why are replacements not being removed when you have been expressly advised? Refs received: 12673695, 12673694 and 12781545, 12781544
I have been a loyal FNB client for over 10yrs now, even while working for another bank I ensured that I kept my FNB account. Unfortunately, I have had an experience that has now left me livid! I applied for a Private Clients' credit card in early December - it is now January and I still don't have the card. I have requested assistance on my app (Yoliswa I think her name was - rude and unpleasant even on text if I may...), they couldn't help me, I called and they couldn't help me but referred me to my private banker (Antony Huang - I sent several emails and tried to call but there has been no response since December). So again I ask why it is that I was hounded to upgrade hereto when there is clearly nothing special about it... I then attempted to go to the branch (twice) and even that was a Dismal failure - the first time there was load shedding and the Westgate branch was closed (but next door to them, Capitec was open...), The second time I arrived at 15:45, only to be advised that they close at 15:30 (Again, Capitec was still open...). So what is the problem? Well, despite my having the same contact number for over 10yrs, the same number on which my cell phone banking and app are registered - FNB decided to put my old work number down as the contact number for delivery instead of using my number that they have had all along... I am not happy.
After the SA post office did something stupid (overnight courier from counter to counter), I was left in a situation where I'd paid for something to be returned to Red Chilli Deals but was no where near their doorstep. I simply asked Sadiq about the possibility of someone going to get it and before I could even expect a response, he had mailed to tell me that he took the chance and got it and I'm processing the request.<br> I mean WOW!<br> Not only were they fast, efficient, helpful and followed up on my request, but they were friendly and patient (Anees too cos I can ask a lot of silly questions). So i made my purchase for close to R 4000 and waited (without confirmation) for delivery. When the goods Order # 30215781 eventually arrived i received less than half of the Camryn 21-piece super luxury comforter set-Double White. So i called and was told that it will be sorted out. Then called again and was told I would be sent documents to complete. Then called again and was given attitude (and still no documents). I then spoke to \a manager"who promised follow-up"
The agent we got was quite good and managed to sell their services to us, the problem is that the services thereafter were very poor. In summary and without going into the details and ongoing questions and frustrations:<br> 1. Failing to collect on municipal charges<br> 2. Not communicating this and letting you think that it is paid until you ask<br> 3. They expect all rental amounts by the first of the month but only pay you (the owner) in the middle of the month<br> 4. They take complaints and requirements from tenants and only inform the owner when tenants threaten to leave<br> 5. They only start pushing to get your outstanding municipal amounts when you serve them with a cancellation notice<br> 6. There is no sense of urgency on their part once they have received their monthly commission<br> 7. They take over a day to respond to emails and sometimes don't even bother<br> 8. They let in new tenants without having let you have the keys and reassess the house<br> 9. they do not pay you anything once the tenants have moved so you lose any outstanding arrears rentals/municipal amounts<br> 10. They fail to send you your statements, even via email<br> Among many more service failures that i have no more characters to include...
