I purchased 3 bags of their product Clinobrite which I have been using for years. This batch had more dust than medium and resulted in my pool becoming extremely cloudy. It took a month of backwashing and chemicals to clear. When I contacted Pratley their feedback was that I did not use the product correctly yet I have been using it for years. Extremely dissatisfied with their customer support.
Having great difficulty in resolving MTN APN settings as a result cannot access my cameras remotely. After being told it was a tower problem (power), then it was that the APN had to be changed to MTNVPN which I did and still the problem persists. This back and forth has been going on for three weeks and now told that MTNVPN is no longer a supported APN, MTNVPN is decommissioned and a substitute service is being redeveloped and will soon be made available to customers. This is unacceptable as a consumer we are paying for a service and after being sent from one person to the next, still cannot access cameras. The lack of communication from MTN to its customers is concerning coupled with being shunted between different people. Can I please get a straight answer from someone knows what’s going on. Interestingly using the VODACOM network, the cameras are able to be accessed.
