We engaged MC Maintenance Services for end-of-tenancy maintenance and painting work at our home. The experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The owner, Jan, inspected the property on 2 October 2025, and we received the formal quote only weeks later. We paid the full deposit the evening before the scheduled job (13 October), but when my wife followed up the next day, the office claimed there was “no booking.” She had already taken leave for the 14th and 15th based on their prior confirmation. The work was eventually delayed to 21–22 October, wasting time and causing unnecessary stress. When the team finally arrived, the quality of work was poor and incomplete. The carpets were left dirty, incorrect bulbs installed, and the quoted toilet holder not replaced. Despite paying for 20L of paint, only a fraction was used, and the balance was not left behind. Repeated attempts to resolve the matter were ignored until we received a rude WhatsApp message from Jan stating, “Get someone else to sort it out,” refusing to complete the work unless we paid the outstanding invoice. MC Maintenance Services failed to deliver what was agreed upon and showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid them.
I have been battling with my ADSL for the past couple of days.<br> I have tried calling telkom's 10210 number repeatedly and on 3 occasions held the call for over 40 minutes per call<br> The one time I actually got through after 35 minutes just to have the consultant put me on hold to disconnect me without a call back.<br> <br> PATHETIC!!!<br>
