Contacted Precision Doors abiut five months ago about a door they origionally fitted. Waited 4 months for a call out. Called them about 45 Times in that four months. When they finally arrived was advised by their technocian that the springs supplied origionally were incorrect. That technician no longer works at Precision Doors. Called them again anoyt 15 Times even called the Owber who does not answer his mobile. They came out and replaced the springs, they charged for these springs as was told that their techncain did not know what he was taling about. The door is acting up again. Called their offices again forn the end of September to get them to come out and fix the errors again. Get promised that a JC is created. Not sure why theeir technical teams did not attend to the request. Today my calls are now being ignored. both their office lines and the owneres mobile.
Booked a delivery from Fastway on 29/01/2019 Called the JHB depot every day from the 04/02/2019 asking for eta Either got cut off / promised a call back from the agent Finally on spoke to a Service delivery manager about the non delivery She promised that she will get the item item delivered to me that day as at 17:30 there was no delivery @ 18H00 got a call from the driver to schedule the delivery. I was already on transit at that point in time. Fastway consultant then promised to deliver the items to a new address on 13/02/2019 14/02/2019 called the service manager at the Durban office only to find out that he item is till in fast-way's possession.
<p>I ordered 2 x Temepered glass covers for my S7 </p> <p> </p> <p>Reported to Takealot that the Glass covers do not work and that they were removed from the phones and got damaged.</p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot the proceeded to arrange for a pickup.</p> <p>They picked up the damaged Covers.</p> <p> </p> <p>The I get an email stating that the covers will not be returned as they are damaged.</p> <p>When i challanged them on the fact that i stated in the origional request that they were damaged i got </p> <p> </p> <p>"i can see that but the company policy is to check all returns before issuing refunds and the devices are damaged"</p> <p> </p> <p>When i asked that first agent to put me through to his supervisor they refuesed and said that the supervisor will say the same thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took me to yelling at him to get the call tranfered.</p> <p> </p> <p>The second agent realising that i was already angry, tried to read me the same rules but was unable to explain why they set the expectation that the items will be returned as it was explaiend in the first place that it was damaged.</p> <p> </p>
