I paid this company R11000 to paint my roof with Liquid Rubber paint with a 10 year warranty in October 2021. Not even a year later the paint faded and was peeling off I contacted the owner multiple times and he has not yet assisted me to repaint my roof. Do not deal with them!
<p>I purchased a AMD Radeon R9 380x Strix graphics card from Loot.co.za for R2622 on 04/01/2017. Expected dispatch date was 10/01/2017. It then got moved to 16/1/2017. Then got moved out indefinitely due to supplier issues </p> <p> </p> <p>I then received a mail today, 23/01/2017 saying that the item cannot be sold to me because the advertised price was incorrect. So after nearly 3 weeks of patiently awaiting my item I am told that I cannot receive it and that they are sorry and refunded me the full amount </p> <p> </p> <p>I am not happy with this because I only purchased the item because of the good price. I would have never purchased it otherwise. And after inconveniencing me with many calls and emails, I have to now start my search for my item all over again </p> <p> </p> <p>I think that Loot should order the price. I do not want my money back, I want what I paid for. It isn't my fault as the consumer that the price was incorrect. That's a fault on their part and I believe they should honour the purchase agreement</p>
<p>My car has developed a problem with the one shock absorber. I called and was told to bring the car in the next day so I did. They took the car and then dropped me off at my residence</p> <p> </p> <p>I told them that I needed a lift back to fetch the car and was informed that there aren't any drivers available. I have to find my own way back!</p> <p>They stripped the car and told me they had to keep it overnight because they don't have the replacement shock absorber. So I said fine get me a courtesy car so I can go to work and was advised that there aren't any available</p> <p> </p> <p>So I told them to put the car back together so I can come fetch it. I had to inconvenience someone to take me all the way to Vereeniging because nobody came to fetch me!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I now brought the car again for the new shock absorber and I'm told that I must find my way back again because there aren't any drivers available, again! And no courtesy cars available again!</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of rubbish service is this? Everybody just looks at me like there's something wrong with me. Clearly the standard of quality isn't something that they think is important. Customer satisfaction should come first. Nobody cares!</p> <p> </p> <p>Useless pathetic service. Because I live in the Vaal I am forced to accept this</p>
I purchased my Xbox One console through FNB in November 2014. My console all of a sudden refused to switch on. I contacted Microsoft Xbox Support and they advised me that it was my power supply unit(PSU) that was damaged. They araanged for a replacement and a little over 3 weeks later it came through. Tried on the new power supply and still had the same issue. So I contacted them again and was advised that my console is the issue. So they organised for a repair.<br> <br> I was contacted by the local company handling the Xbox issues and they said that there isn't a repair centre here in South Africa and that I would need a replacement unit. I was frustrated but I agreed. I am waiting for another 3 weeks now and still I have no replacement! This is extremely infuriating because I am on study break and this is the only time I have to play. Now also I have to do all the updates for the console and games again! I do not have internet so who is going to pay for all that? <br> <br> I feel that Microsoft SA should be held accountable for poor service delivery and that I should get an extension on the initial 12 month warranty, considering that for almost 2 months it's out of action.<br> <br> Thank you
Good day. I bought a Tempo watch on special from the Vaal mall store in 2013. The watch gave trouble so I sent it fot tepairs in January 2015. Got the watch back in March 2015. Worked fine then started troubling again. Took it in and was told i could take any watch as replacement from the store. At no stage was i told that i would have to pay the difference. The lady who helped me even did a credit note for the new watch so that I didnt have to pay for it.<br> <br> I then see that the balance for the watch is added onto my TFG account. I went back and they said the lady made a mistake and that I misinterpreted them. They assumed I knew i had to pay the difference. How can you assume when i asked time and again and nobody once said i had to pay the difference.<br> <br> So now they want me to return the watch and they will credit the money back into my account.<br> <br> This while thing leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. I have supported TFG for years and after this I dont want to buy anything from them again. I believe i was mislead into believing something and then have to pay for someone else's mistake. Really bad service. Extremely disappointed
