I placed an order in December 2022 and it was booked in and out of Fastway's Jhb Westbay until I complained with Fastway and it was delivered eventually. I placed another order on 19 January 2023 and it indicated on 23 January 2023 that it was pick up by Fastway. It was again booked in and out of Westbay every day. I then logged a return with OnedayOnly and another one on the next day wit no response whatsoever. Today, 27.01 I checked again and it was signed for by someone called Nonhlanhla. I still haven't received my order or my money back. I am going to my attorney on Monday, 30.01, to take the matter further!!!
I am trying to get hold of Dunmar Security but none of their contact numbers on the internet works. How do I get hold of them?????
I have done a transaction at African Bank on 03/03/2018, but the card machine was faulty and the transaction was reversed by the machine immediately. On 05/03/2018 I realised that the hold for that amount is still against my account and I contact the FNB call centre on ********** . After explaining my story to the consultant he put me on hold and after 20 minutes I just put down the phone and called again. I reach another consultant, had to explain my story again and he advised that the consultant was still waiting for feedback! Was he going to keep me on hold until he got feedback?? The second consultant, after once again being on hold for 30 minutes, told me that the matter was escalated to two managers and should be sorted out very quickly because it was reversed by the machine and escalated to 2 managers. He would have come back to me already on 05/03/2018 to let me know how long it will take to take the hold off my account. I am still waiting! And ... 72 hours after the transaction the hold is still not off my account. How long does it take??? How can we help you FNB???
They defucted money from my account end of Nov. 2015. I contacted the customer care line but they don't answer, it gets cut off once you're no. 1 in line. After about 10 emails with reply saying a consultant will contact me in 48 hrs, I have had no response whatsoever nor has my R395 been refunded to me.
