You are not the only one. As a company owner, I'm going to spread the bad news too about their poor service. The workshop manager from VW N1 City had to go to them to find out about my bakkie because they didn't reply to his emails or phone calls. That is the worst you can do in a business in today's economic situation. And all you need is bad reviews from New customers. I will never ever use them. They are worst than pathetic.
The worst service ever. Took my bakkie in for repair after they said VW could bring it in any day and it will take 1 day to re alighn the rear bumper. The bakkie stood there 2 days and nothing has been done on it. Don't know why VW is still using them.
