You are not the only one. As a company owner, I'm going to spread the bad news too about their poor service. The workshop manager from VW N1 City had to go to them to find out about my bakkie because they didn't reply to his emails or phone calls. That is the worst you can do in a business in today's economic situation. And all you need is bad reviews from New customers. I will never ever use them. They are worst than pathetic.

After filling out the form at the front desk, we were waiting for an assessor to have a look at the damage to my vehicle so that we could get a quote. Down the passage comes one of the assessors who signals to us with his hand to follow him to the assessment area, like he is doing us a favour. After arriving at my vehicle we explain that we've had some work done to already, but it was not done properly which subsequently lead to more problems, and thus is why we did not go back to the first panelbeater, after telling this to the assessor his sarcastic comment to us was: \Well then you need to go back to them"";and we attempted to explain to him again what had happened with the vehicle. Before we could finish explaining he rudely interrupts us to say: \""Well we don't take cars that have been worked on before"

I took my car for repairs on 3 March and was told it would be done by Tuesday, 10 March. I received one txt on Friday, 6 March, saying my car is in the paint shop. I phoned on Tuesday, 10 March, to check on the time I can fetch it and was told by Mark that it's not done bt going to the paint shop. I received no update apologising for the delay and inconvenience caused as I am sure Mark knew the day before deadline that I will not receive my car. I had to phne back Tuesday for feedback after he promised the morning he will update me. Mark told me that he will contact me today with an update and all that called was Mark. I will most definitely spread the word that M&
