I signed up for the promo 20mbps LTE mtn fixed but the charge me R499 instead of R299.The consultant MBALI.M is unable to understand that they are billing me wrong. I already have another 50mbps LTE deal that I get the discount for R699-R200, so they charge me R499 which is correct. He then wanted to cancel my contract that I did not even say I want to do. He then told me the promo is only for new customers but how was I able to get the 50mbps with the promo discount. He then later said its shows as R299 but yet fail to understand they invoice me the standard tariff R499 I have been with Web Africa for 14 years, but I can tell u service is pathetic. They fail to understand their own deals.
I did request on their website to upgrade from 300mbps fibre speed to 500mbps fibre speed but for some reason they downgraded me to 40mbps speed.To speak to human on the phone is impossible and to use their whatsapp automation is absolutely useless.They never delivered the router they were suppose to supply i had to buy one.Dont be caught with their R19 deal.Shocking service provider would not recommend.
After ordering fibre they cannot deliver router because otp i dont get.First they added landline number to recieve the otp courier was unable to deliver then i whatsapp them ask them to fix it and today the courier arrived again with the same problem dont get otp.even on their chat app i dont get the otp.Courier driving up and down and no way to get support because it does not exist anymore with this company.
Be careful when u sign up with axxess LTE because during peak times data rates 1-5mbps with horrible pings 250ms-1000ms They are stubborn to cancel even i have asked within 7 days.U pay pro rate even waiting for the sim and u will pay in advance so there is no way to get money back.Thats the part were they make their money. U can log tickets and they will just give u the run around.
Requested for unrestricted apn still getting in the 197. Range dynamic ip and not in the 41. Range. Change settings to unrestricted but does not work.
Requested for Unrestricted apn.I followed the process completed the docs and emailed it.Waited 3 days and then did not get any response so i mailed customer care.Email was mailed up and down and the i got confirmation it was done.Tested at home with all the settings that was given but all ports still blocked and cannot reach the device with ip allocated.Called call centre they have no idea how the service work.They said someone will call me did not get anything.
I transferred my policy to my wifes name about 2 months ago and asked them for a month long to remove my account from experian it was done but today i notice it was added again.Seriously messed up company.U are messing uo my bond for house finance.
I have fully settled my intec college account on the 11th March and asked then to inform Experian / Compuscan that my account was settled but they cannot even do that.I have had to logged a dispute and until to date Experian have not got any feedback from Intec. Intec does not give updates on monthly payments with credit bureau.My credit status show outstanding of R15000+- but the balance was only left at about R5600 that i settled with monthly installment of R1100+-. Useless college charge thousands of rands for 2 books and no support and useless website.
I requested to close my fnb credit card account only to find fnb have send money to my personal account and now i had to pay in again.I have transfered the R360.62 and emailed proof of payment to your cards division on friday.Can Natasha Adolph contact me please because contacting the numbers supplied no one can assist me.I have to complain here to get service shocking.Email me confirmation letter that the account was closed.
I went to the FNB branch Cape Gate to close my FNB gold credit card account with remique koen.She said she will email the signed account closure form and call me with ref that never happened.The next day etc i have emailed FNB numerous times to close my credit card account and complain on the complain link on their website they don't call back or respond to any email u only get automated response emails.I called customer support etc and the service is shocking calls that gets dropped from one dept to the other dept
