DEFY's staff do not tend to follow up on customer queries it seems. Two months ago I contacted Game to please send a technician to check my unit bought at Game in December 2014. My fridge are very loud and it is not the motor starting but a sound keeping me awake at night. My parents was there the first visit from the technician and was assured that it is normal. I phoned a second time and was there myself and Frank tried to assure me that all units have access sound, gas expansion noise, he called it. I asked that the unit be collected and checked. I only got feedback from Frank when I contacted him and got the name and number of his supervisor, Ronald, that till this day did not call me back after I left a message. Yesterday I spoke to Donovan who assured me that he will log a call for my unit to be collected and assurance that he will call me back. A whole day later and I am still waiting for the call. Thank you for being able to RELY ON DEFY to be consistently inconsistent. DEFY can come collect their unit and give my money back so I can buy another brand. Seriously I paid money for a unit that must last years and within 6 months I have a problem and no joy from the supplier.
I took my car for repairs on 3 March and was told it would be done by Tuesday, 10 March. I received one txt on Friday, 6 March, saying my car is in the paint shop. I phoned on Tuesday, 10 March, to check on the time I can fetch it and was told by Mark that it's not done bt going to the paint shop. I received no update apologising for the delay and inconvenience caused as I am sure Mark knew the day before deadline that I will not receive my car. I had to phne back Tuesday for feedback after he promised the morning he will update me. Mark told me that he will contact me today with an update and all that called was Mark.
