Had two vehicles insured with KP for over a year and have only had good service and support. Had an accident in one of the vehicles a few months ago and the claim was sorted out very efficiently, no issues at all. It was also very easy and efficient to cancel the policy when selling the vehicles and the remaining premium is paid back to me as well. Dealt with Preston ****samy recently with excellent service.
Wasted another 1.5 hours of my life this morning trying to get Cell C to resolve this issue. Spoke to 8 different agents in 4 different departments, transferred back and forth, given numbers to call that don't work, had the phone put down on me, absolutely digraceful service! This sim only data contract was supposed to be cancelled on 10 July, nothing happened until 11 Septemeber after numerous calls to get it cancelled. Cell C have debited R1755 from my account for something I have not used and should have been cancelled more than 2 months ago! How do I get my money back???

Called to get tax certificate/invoice and Quintin Barnard was friendly and efficient. Been happy with King Price for the year that I have been with them.

Recently had four wheels straightened and repainted at Mag Repairs and Sales in Pretoria as I was quoted a decent price, but it turns out the work was substandard.<br> One of the wheels had to be repainted 3 times, with me having to go there each time to check and show them the obvious flaws. The staff were reluctant to redo it each time.<br> After collecting all the wheels I took them to a good tyre fitment centre to check the straightness. They were definitely better than before, but the balancing was completely off and all 4 had to be rebalanced.
Its always great going to Full Throttle Lynwood and dealing with the staff who know about the products and actually ride bikes them selves. There is often great specials and a good range of products.
These guys came to evaluate my faulty washing machine 3 weeks ago, then said they needed to take it in because they could not find the problem.<br> I asked if they will bring it back free of charge and they said yes.<br> They later informed me that it would cost R1500 to fix, which I did not want to pay, so I asked them to just bring it back, to which they said they have to discuss with the insurance.<br> They told me the same story every time I called and it seems that they don't want me to collect it.<br> I'm worried it's been repaired and sold already!
