Good experience with them, called them on the 3rd Jan 2026 and they came on 4th Jan 2026 to fix my Samsung washing machine, job completed the same day at a reasonable cost with a warranty

Lack of aftersales service and accountability
Bought a coffee mug from them, a week later it developed rust spots inside... sent a complaint through with pictures, it has not been attended after 3 weeks from report and constantly reminding them Be careful of aftersales service when you buy from them
