The south side of the restaurant is a sauna in summer - we begged the waitrons to open the door or the windows, but were told it needed a manager's decision. Eventually the manager appeared and said that she could not open the door. The table of six next to us immediately left, but as we had ordered our food we endured the intense heat, but ran out as soon as we had finished our meal and settled our bill.
My interaction with Tasneem was professional, timeous and efficient.
Gina Nel is still posing as a Loan Application Advisor for DirectAxis and continues to perpetuate fraud. This was first brought to your attention in May 2016 and regularly thereafter, and still she operates with impunity. This does impact on your Brand name and the general public will soon perceive “DirectAxis” as fraudsters, which will destroy the goodwill premium that FNB paid for control of your company. The fraudster also continues to use FNB account numbers. Your Guide for online fraud does state - “If you’ve been defrauded……immediately inform the company whose brand was used…..This will enable them to further investigate the case and alert other clients to the scam.” Your obligation to past, present and future clients is to use the many complaints that you have received and , if reluctant to act upon them then at least, inform you clients. The person who has been scammed is unfortunately a client of yours and was never warned about Gina Nel?
Guaranteed by one of their consultants (Ilhaam Boltman) via e-mail that delivery would take place at my residential address, only to be told that it had been delivered to another address and now my e-mails and "HELP" requests via their website remains unanswered. I ordered and paid on the 16th December and so they had 5 days to get it right? I'd rather purchase from a brick and mortar store and be guaranteed timeous receipt. NASPERS please sort out your subsidiary!
