These people are real ****mers. I paid R3200 and was expecting my puppy next day. Courier company phoned me for R6999 to borrow a crate for the puppy. Paid that over. They mailed again wanting R8300 for insurance. DO NOT ORDER A PUPPY FROM THESE PEOPLE
I bought a Hisense fridge in January this year. I reported a problem with the Fridge in beginning March. Since then I have been battling to return this fridge for a new one. They keep saying they will phone back, but never do. They must come collect this fridge and refund me. Worst service ever from Russells and Hisense. Will never support them again. I paid in cash too.
Making an order is easy, and paying online is quick. Asking for a refund is just bad service. They say it takes 15 working days. Send many emails only to be told that refund will happen 1 July...30 working days later. Unacceptable. Will never order from RARU again.
I applied for a bond through Bond a Property. It was approvedapproved. I paid the R12 500 as requested. They said it could take between 4 and 6 months. It is almost a year later and I still have no bond. I have sent an email last month and got a response on the 13th of April saying that the Director will respond. To date I have had NO response from anyone. I have sent more emails after that but like I said....no response. I want my R12 500 I paid last year August refunded as soon as possible! This is really bad service and unacceptable!
