Pity I couldn't give zero stars. They arrived two days later than planned. Paving looks ok, but I guess its early days. Don't think the much vaunted five year guarantee is going to carry any weight. My major problem though is that they left the rubble behind. Every day I am told it will be removed but it is still there a week later. Shaun is avoiding my calls but when I call him from a new number he answers!!! So I've had to call him from a different number every day. Don't bother using this company. Customer service really isn't their thing.
I love booking through Travelstart. So easy and when you need to change something it is never a problem. Thandeka sorted something out for me today - what a pleasure dealing with her! So efficient - she just gets the job done. The fee that they charge is minimal and so worth it as they just streamline everything. The app is also great. Makes life when you are travelling very easy.
I got a phone call some months back from Ashley at Miwine. He managed to sell me some wine, promised delivery within a week and took payment from my credit card. Weeks later it dawned on me that no wine had been delivered. I got hold of Clayton, the manager, who assured me I would get my wine within a week. Still no luck. Had a phone call from Ashley today, he tried to increase my order and take more money from me! Obviously I said no, and please give me a refund. No refund yet.<br> <br> My advise: don't order from Miwine!
