Respublica service is been so terrible since I started a lease with the in March this first week forced to pay for the February even thou my son was there in Feb, and we told if he doesn't pick up the key he will lose the room even thou we paid the deposit 11k , and in August I sent my son to ask them as his lease is ending on the 30th of November what they need they said nothing he should come back on the day he is moving out, on the 1st of September I sent them an email with proof of payment for September, I asked what they need from me as my son contract is coming to an end in November and there was no response from Lindiwe yet again. Today I send an notice that again with the October proof of payment that he will be moving out end November and she said received , please log a move out online when I do it , its not allowing as I need to accept November and December payment now, and dont agree with the Aod. And told to fix it and she's not replying to me so now I cant log a move out. I feel like since Feb they been ****ming money out of me and im tired of this cheating this the worst please you can put your kids, also in winter they swith the guyser off the kids had to use cold water such an abuse but we paying every month.
My experience was very good with the agent that assisted me, she was calm and kind asked questions and answered and even helped me with my own questions regarding the claim.
Planet fitness in Northmead Square, Repeated Unauthorized Debit order on my account, even thou I told Eric repeatedly that I do not want to continue with the application, as I couldn't afford the joining fee but they went ahead and debited my account, in June R999 and also on the 25th of July with R1019. I also spoke to Karabo who told me he will escalate the matter , and but I still keep getting sms for outstanding joining fee. I want this debit order removed and application canceled. Despite assurances that the matter was resolved, the debit order continues to go through monthly, and I now have to keep going to the bank to reverse the charges ,which is completely unacceptable. I’ve communicated this several times, and all I get is “I’ll follow up” with no real action. This has caused financial stress and inconvenience I should not have to deal with. I am demanding an immediate stop to these debit orders .

I took vodacom fibre years ago and contract expired longer ago and since then i have been on month to month, but in January 2023 my wifi stop working and I've been trying to getting it fixed with no luck, eventually i decided to cancel it as my bank is debited but no service provided by vodacom, all they do is blame it on Vuma, but the issue is not with ONT Vuma came and put new ONT box and confirmed it that connection issue is caused by Vodacom router that doesnt work and vodacom keep telling me to restart the router million times I've done this but it doesn't help. So I decided to phoned in to give notice for cancelation but i was given lot of reasons not to cancel and force to take a 24 month contract to sort out the issue of which i told the lady I dont want a new contract why should I take a new contract when im already paying a month to month account, than she gave me a reference number and said that cancelation department will contact me but it never happened, right now all I get is that my service has been restored but on my side its still not working. Vodacom is a horrible bunch of thieves out to steal your money while giving u zero service, network has been down since the 3rd of January 2023 to this day i cant connectit keep saying incorrect IP. I just want this account cancelled i have called, emailed but still I haven't received confirmation of my cancelation. Currently I have to buy data but yet I'm still debited for wifi that doesn't work, this really not right and it's affecting my studies at Unisa now.
