I would like to commend the service for outstanding customer support. Mr Faadhil and the team were attentive, efficient, and ensured my needs were met.
On the 24th Feb 2015,I received a notification that a credit bureau enquiry was done on my name, I did not authorise anyone to do same. I immediately phoned MiWay to enquire, I spoke to Phumlani Makhubo and I was then transferred from one incompetent consultant to the other(Tshepiso Kekana then Xolisile Ntozini). No one could take accountability, I was then referred to Yusuf, who introduced himself as a senior manager for the department. He promised to investigate the matter, take necessary action and phone me back in 15mins time, that was approx 9:30am. I later received a call from Karen who promised to send me an e-mail confirming that a request has been send to Trans Union to remove the enquiry that was done by MiWay. Two days later my query is not resolved, no call back from Yusuf as promised and no e-mail from Karen. I'm so disappointed in the matter in which Yusuf dealt with this matter and his incapability to resolve client queries. I am no longer a MiWay client due to their incompetency and I demand explanation in writing as to why a credit bureau enquiry was done on my name. Yusuf to confirm in writing his findings of the investigation and the action taken. Pathetic
