Worst service ever! Incorrect billing. Two months later and they still have not resolved their own error. And now they disconnceted my internet. After i was promised yesterday outstandings will waivered and corrected. Every day i get told this is an internal error, i should not worry they will call me and this will be corrected. Two months! Still waiting...
<p>This cannot be that difficult, I signed a contract 330zar(capped), and a different contract was applied by Vodacom, they deducted more than a 1000zar. I also received additional data bundles which i didnt request for. Before this they accidently gave my new phone to the wrong person, and there after they gave away my phone number to another person (which I had for years). I keep on speaking to different people in customer service who tells me my refund request has been escalated. I cannot get an answer. I feel I have no option but to block all future Vodacom deductions, perhaps that way I can get them to find a solution and refund me. Worst service ever, wish I stayed with Cell C.</p>
Worst service ever! You had the Neil JoeBert wine priced at 89rand on shelf, when I went to pay for it the price was 109rand. One of your staff tied to tell me I can't get it for 89 rand then I had to explain to him by law you have no choice as P&P made the error. After 20 mins they accidently refunded me the entire amount. Then another 10 mins pass where final a supervisor gets there and she agree that i must pay 89rand. She told me to go back to main store as she can't help here, I told her it's been a half and hour I have to leave now. After all this she tells me \well then it's your problem it's not like we didn't offer to help". And then she picks up a call when I'm still trying to tell her I waited more than half and hour.
