Change of Cellphone Number I had to change my cell number, and I need Payflex to update my cell number so the OTP can be sent to my new phone number so that I can do a wallet withdrawal. I have escalated this since 01st May 2025, and have heard no feedback via email, telephone or whatsapp. When I call your number its going to voicemail. When will I get my money credited from my wallet to my bank account, I need these funds urgently. I am not the only person who has the issue. I appreciate a response to this urgently or I will take legal action against you trying to keep my funds for yourself
"Avoid Dr. C.D.J. Moolla – Unempathetic, Unprofessional, and Rude" My brother, who has been visually impaired since childhood and suffers from high-end myopia, had a distressing experience with Dr. Moolla this week. After his vision deteriorated significantly, we managed to get an appointment, only to be met with cold, dismissive, and unapproachable behaviour. Instead of showing the compassion and understanding one would expect from a medical professional, Dr Moolla told my brother to “just wear his glasses” as if that would magically solve his blindness! My sister, who was with my brother, tried to explain how serious the situation was, but Dr Moolla completely disregarded their concerns, insisting that my brother could see when it was painfully clear he could not. When asked if the condition was temporary, he shrugged his shoulders and casually admitted, “I don’t know,” with no further explanation or empathy. This doctor clearly lacks basic human decency. His uncaring attitude and refusal to listen to his patient’s suffering were appalling. We will be taking our brother to a doctor who actually cares about their patients and treats them with the respect and dignity they deserve. I strongly advise against seeing Dr. Moolla if you want compassionate and competent care. From Dr. Eden
We lost our 5-month-old kitten named Bella a few days ago. Our shame, regret and distress will always be not microchipping her. We were under the impression that microchipping could only be done under surgery and that is why we were waiting until we had her spayed when she turned 6 months old. She went missing on Sunday and on Monday morning we phoned the Clinic and pleaded with the staff to please keep an eye out for our cat who went missing on Sunday. The rest of Monday through to Wednesday was spent uploading pictures of Bella on Facebook groups and frantically going from street to street calling for her and putting up fliers. On Thursday morning I went in personally to the clinic and dropped off a picture of Bella again pleading with them to keep an eye out for her. When I got back home I received an SMS from a gentleman who said that he had found Bella in his garden on Sunday ,she was injured(he did not stipulate severely ) He further said to my shock and horror that he had taken her to Brighton Beach Vet and said I should mention his name. He had uploaded a picture of Bella on Facebook and when no one recognized her ,he took her to the clinic. This gentleman had taken the time to place Bella in a basket with a pillow and a blanket. He treated my baby with dignity. The picture that he had so thoughtfully taken was the last memory we have our beautiful baby girl. What happened after he left her at the clinic is a total mystery and we are left with no closure because the staff at Brighton Beach Vet are very evasive and keep repeating that Bella should have been microchipped. I am a customer of the clinic with 3 pets including Bella so they know me. Just a few days before I had taken my 2 dogs to get vaccinated at the clinic. Why did the staff not tell me that a cat was brought in to them when I spoke to them on Monday. If there is a change in staff then why did they not tell me about the cat that was brought in when I called on them at the clinic practically begging them for any feedback on whereabouts of Bella. When I phoned them after speaking to Bella’s rescuer, they said they will call me back but never did .I had to call them again in tears begging for answers and only then did they finally admit that yes a cat was brought in on Sunday apparently with severe injuries and had to be put down. We were devastated. I went back to the clinic to speak to the vet who was not on duty when Bella was brought to the clinic. This lack of decent human kindness and transparency leaves me so many unanswered questions. Nothing the staff said made sense. The staff contradicted themselves as they scrambled to align their stories while repeating over and over again that Bella should have been microchipped. The most hurtful words were from the vet who said she could not understand why we are in a state. This was the person to whom I had entrusted the lives of all my precious babies, who had treated 2 of them a few days ago. We still do not know when Bella died .Was it Monday morning or Sunday night? Why did the staff not tell me about the cat that was brought in? Should I conclude that if Bella was micro chipped she would not have been treated as a stray and would have been given the treatment that would have saved her life?
Excellent customer service from Thabo Mabunda. He went the extra mile to solve my query. I wanted to cancel the policy due to financial constraints, but Thabo kindly showed me how I could still retain my policy at a low cost and still keep my precious baby covered. Now thats how problem solving works and finding the best solution for the customer works. Thanks Thabo!
