Deon comes on site to check the problem, establishes within 2 minutes that we need to replace the pool pump at a cost far exceeding what it should. When we decline this he starts checking seals, then charges R1250 for re-seating the o-rings on 3 connections which took an additional 5 minutes. This means that he charged R450 to come on site, and R800 for re-seating o-rings. After a rude and abrupt encounter, brought the cost down to R800 in total, something was done to be fair, but the guy wants to take as much money from you as possible and tries to intimidate to get the money.
It seems that Travelstart has been restructured into a website-only business, they will take your money to book flights, but will ignore all channels of communication if you want to make changes to bookings. I have been trying to make contact for 4 days now, all attempts to make a change have not been successful. This might as well be a scam company.
Pleasant experience with Phokela Mabala, the man knows what he is talking about and understands a consumer's scenario, incorporating it into the vast product knowledge he has on hand. Highly commendable job he is doing!

I've called in numerous times this week to find out what is happening with my ADSL line that is not working, and have received the same answer every day from the call center. The fault number is 393CRK240116 and the escalation number 815810. Can someone please assist, I need this line running ASAP.
