I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. From the beginning to the end, SA Paving provided exceptional service. They responded promptly to enquiries, and Bennie and his team were amazing. We're so happy with our new paving. I couldn't be happier.

Lack of Communication and Delivery Dates can't be trusted
I am not impressed with Pet Heaven at all. Our Petfood order was supposed to be here on Wednesday. When I contacted them via their online chat on Wednesday at 14:18, I was informed “I see our warehouse is busy with your order now. If all goes well, they will hand it to the couriers this afternoon.” Well apparently, it didn’t go well, because I had to contact Pet Heaven again on Thursday at 4:58, since the food had still not been delivered only to be informed: “ Our warehouse has completed your order and it should leave the warehouse with the couriers this evening.” Seriously!!!!!!!! This will be the second day in a row that I need to rush out to the shops to make sure that our fur babies have something to eat, all because of their incompetence. And to make matters worse, I’m guessing their support staff are like government employees can’t be bothered to do anything if it’s outside working hours since I’m still waiting for them to respond and let me know when we can expect delivery.

Support staff not world class and billing glitches
I'm so sorry to have to give a South African company a bad rating, but here goes. 1-grid hosted two of my domains, and I had endless hassles with both their support and billing departments. One of my domains was suspended without email notification last year, when in fact I was in credit with 1-grid. At about the same time, the support staff informed me that they could not enable "Keep-Alive" to help speed up my site. I requested a detailed explanation as to why it wasn't possible (November 2018), and I'm still waiting. I have subsequently transferred my domain to another provider in the States, and I couldn't be happier. Site speed has gone from more than 3s to 0.22s, and I pay less each month too. Support call turnaround time is extremely fast, and they send regular emails suggesting changes that can be made to optimize my site further. The only reason 1-grid doesn't get a 1-star rating is because of one lady in their billing department who took the time to try and resolve the numerous issues I have with 1-grid.
