After numerous issues regarding delivery of my Rain 5g router, i finally received a call from a lovely lady Thabsile Thwala. She was a total god send as i was literally at that stage asking for a refund. She kept to her word by calling me back timeously and even arranged Rains oen couriwrs to deliver my router. What excellent client service. Polite, compassionate, understanding human being. I wish the world had more Thabsiles. I certainly hope her client skills are recognised by her superiors and she climbs the corporate ladder swiftly. Thank you so much Thabsile. And to Rain, you guys have a total gem!

Too long to type. <br> Please contact boulders mall for full report.<br> Right now the most pressing issue is that my iPhone is in for repairs for the 2nd contat me or boulders store for full history of my accounts and endless problems I've endeavoured with Telkom since day 1. My main concern right now is that for the 2 and time after just receiving my iPhone back from repairs after 2 months of waiting, 2 weeks later and same problem. I cannot be with a phone as its for business use and I'm losing thousands of rands.
