This is the worst service provider to exist!!!! it been 3 years of endless issues! and due to them signing fishy contracts they were awarded exclusivity and are the only available ISP available in the complex i live, When moving and signing up they advised they are FULLY fibre only to find out a few month in that the lines are COPPER TO FIBRE spliced, after more than a year of charging Fibre rates they converted to full fibre, NONE of the CONNECTION ISSUES were resolved. The contact centre are ill trained or *********** they are never able to assist after answering the phone every few weeks. JUSTICE just does endless testing and they refers the query to the Syndeo or Vumatel and nothing comes of it, the CEO REUBEN makes empty promises and cant even return phone calls instead he never answers the same number again once he knows you are calling for the connection issues. When wanting to cancel the service their agent JANINE advises its a 2 month process.
I called the contact Centre as delivery which was supposed to be delivered by the 01/12/2023, reflecting a last update on delivery as at the 29/11/2023 was not delivered to date(08/12/2023) the agent Jessica Moleman - call reference number 3099989 proceeded to be highly irritated at the fact that i had questions with regards to what was happening with the package, i proceeded to advise her i hear her frustration she then advised yes she is as i am shouting at her, i advised her i was not shouting i was frustrated and entitled to the questions i was asking she continued to get more upset and raise her voice at me even more, constantly interrupting me and not allowing me to speak, i then asked to be transferred to her senior which she refused to do saying everyone is busy and she works from home so there's no one she can escalate me to. Call was then dropped. I then called back and explained to the next agent Sne Gambushe what had happened and that i would like to be transferred to the complaints department, she placed me on hold never to return or transfered me anywhere. i called back again requesting to speak to a manager or the complaints department, she advised me there are no managers available and there no complaints department and proceeded to end the call in my ear. I called back again requesting for the same thing, the agent Lungile, refused to provide me with her surname advising she is not able to give her surname as its the company's security rules and she is the only Lungile in the call center, i insisted to speak to a manger she pushed her mouth piece up and refused to speak to me i advised her i am able to hear she is there and that she is ignoring me, she proceeded to tell me she has nothing to say to me so she will push her mike up until im done. All these agents took down my name and contact details and i have still not been contacted by a manager. My Package is also still missing and no feedback has been received for same. This is the worst customer services i have ever received what a disgusting Representation of who Pr Price is and what they stand for.
