On Sunday 14th Sept. I was invited to join my son and his wife for lunch at Casalinga. They chose the restaurant because of a previous visit which they enjoyed immensely. I ordered a pizza as a main course . When the mains arrived my pizza did not. The waiter was very apologetic and went to locate it. It took 20 mins for the pizza to arrive , half cooked. By that time everyone had eaten their cold food as it was obvious my pizza was taking time and they couldn't wait any longer. For dessert I ordered a lemon and lime cheesecake. The cheesecake tasted off and I saw there was mould on the crust and in the cheesecake. The waiter was very apologetic and horrified. The item was removed from the bill. HOWEVER not one member of management came to apologise. I did leave my phone number to be contacted but no courtesy call has been offered.
Mafadi management bought out our previous management company at the beginning of this year. We were extremely lucky to get Dorcas as our portfolio manager. It's an absolute pleasure working with her. No problem, too big or too small.
