Horrible company to do business with! I ordered a very expensive pair of shoes online ($258.60 US) and adidas claimed they were lost in shipping. I attempted a refund three times and was promised my money back- it never happened! My next step was to approach my credit card issuer and dispute the charge. This was a 3 month process and I had moved in the interim so my shipping and billing address no longer matched so they sided with adidas. The situation was simple- I paid for something that I never received. Credit Card and shipping records prove this. I decided to give Adidas a chance to do the right thing and asked for a refund one more time. Adidas CS said since I filed a dispute the most they would do is offer merchandise credit. So basically they decided to punish me for trying to get what is rightfully mine back! So please , take your business elsewhere so you do not have to go through what I am!
I was lied to twice, I was told at an AT&T location in December that 1 phone and 1 tablet unlimited would be under $100 a month ($85) Then they added $20 a line. Retention person promised me a bill credit in February- it never happened!! Today, the retention specialist (lol) was OK ending the call with me saying that I will pay the bill with credit card then dispute while taking my business elsewhere with 8 years of solid payment history. I guess it is time to move on. I can't stand being lied to and that is what happened twice.
I was given an Oster Toaster Oven Model TSSTVDG01 in 2013. Recently the power button went rendering the item useless. It was an expensive oven (>$100) and the company chose to \hide"behind a 1 year warranty as opposed to satisfying a customer. Here is their response:

Based on the information provided"
