KJNS has saved our security system after way too many contractors did who knows what to it. They sorted out a moody garage and a temperamental alarm system which basically had to be rewired from scratch, and also redid a bad CCTV job in a cost effective manner. They're always available to help with much more than can be expected from "just a security company", willing to take many factors into consideration and find the best solutions for you. Their solar systems is competently installed and a much needed addition with the country's power problem. They are the perfect, golden mean between affordability and quality, and no price can be put on their transparency and integrity (rare in this field!)
We recently bought a house, thinking that we will have access to a Telkom ADSL line, since that is what their website says. Went to an Telkom shop, payed the connection fees, and waited weeks for the technician to come and install our line. When the technician arrived, he told us that the line probably just shows active on the website, but it definitely is not, and cannot be activated again. We will have to pay a huge sum of money to get new lines to our address. We work from home, and we are heavily reliant on Internet access, but now we bought a house, trusting this ridiculous company's website that we will have connectivity. Wish some other company could do what they do - it won't be difficult to do it better.
Hi
We created our Wedding/Kitchen Tea Registry at Mr Price Home at the Retail Crossing branch. When we got home, we could not access our registry online. We contacted support, and they informed us that we can only access the registry three months before the event. We waited, and tried to access the registry again, and still could not. Contacted support again, and support figured out that the employees at Retail Crossing failed to give us the correct password for our registry. Gaining access to our registry was an unpleasant mission.

So, finally we know the registry is accessible, and we give the code to guests for the events. The guests buy things, and mark it off as bought, but the registry never updated! We personally tested this, and no matter what, items never got removed from our registry! We received double gifts, and both us and our guests had a terrible experience using Mr Price Home non-functional gift registry. What is the point using a gift registry, managed by a store, if it cannot do the basic updating of a gift list!

After the kitchen tea I had to manually update the gift list, though it is already too late to prevent doubles!
